Axyom Risk Scanner ("the App") provides automated, non-intrusive security scanning of publicly visible endpoints associated with your Shopify store. The App does not access customer data, orders, products, or any private store information.
You may only scan domains that you own or are authorized to scan. The App restricts scans to domains associated with your Shopify store (your .myshopify.com domain and your store's primary custom domain configured in Shopify Admin). You agree not to attempt to circumvent these restrictions.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Security scan results are informational only and do not constitute a comprehensive security audit or certification. Axyom Cyber Partners S.L. makes no guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axyom Cyber Partners S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on scan results.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By installing the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.
You may uninstall the App at any time through your Shopify Admin. Upon uninstallation, all session data is deleted and metafields are removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these terms are violated.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
